How do I know what size of helmet I should purchase?
To measure your head size, use a cloth measurement tape. Wrap the measurement tape around your head, one inch above your eye brows and ears. This way you get the measurement of the largest point of your head.
What if my head measurement falls between two sizes?
In the case this happens try the smaller size first.
How long does it take for me to receive my helmet?
Please allow 4-5 business days for order processing time and shipment.
How do I return or exchange an item?
All return or exchanges need prior authorization and you need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from us.
