Dear Customer,
Your satisfaction is very important on every item you purchased from us. It is our goal to provide you with a product that meets your needs. However, sometimes an item may require to be exchanged or returned. Please follow the following criteria prior to returning or exchanging your product. We will do our best to make sure your transaction goes through as smooth as possible.
All returns require a prior Authorization and an authorization number. No action or acknowledgement of returned products will be guaranteed without prior authorization. To obtain an Authorization Number please fill out the Return-Exchange form located at the bottom of this page within 3 days of receiving the item. After the 4th day of the delivery, returns will not be accepted.
We will gladly accept any returns or exchanges that meet the following information:
1. All returned/exchanged helmets require prior authorization and a Return Authorization Number.
2. All returned/exchanged helmets will be in new, unused condition in the original packaging. And the original packaging container you received from us needs to be placed in another shipping box.
3. The box you are shipping back should have the authorization number you were given clearly marked on it.
4. All the accompanying material such as: Helmet bags, DVDs, Stickers, Silicone and Printed materials from the manufacturer should be completely included.
5. When your return is authorized you will be refunded the amount you paid less the cost of shipping.
6. The original shipping cost of the item you received is non refundable.
7. No returns or exchanges will be accepted passed the 4th day of the delivery of the products.
8. On exchanges we would be glad to honor you a one time exchange which is subject to availability.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to follow the above criteria for all returns and exchanges. If the items returned or exchanged do not meet the above criteria they will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.
WARRANTY
Defective items may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturerÂ’s option. In no event shall our store or our distributors be made liable for any damage and/or misuse caused by personal use.
