 General Sizing Information To measure your head size, use a cloth measurement tape. Wrap the measurement tape around your head, one inch above your eyebrows and ears. This way you get the measurement of the largest point of your head. Then select the helmet size that is closest to your head size. Sometimes it is possible that your head measurement falls between two sizes. If this happens try the smaller size first.
