Example: If you purchased an OÂ’Neal (or any other brand) motorcycle helmet from us, it is shipped to you directly by OÂ’Neal or that brandÂ’s authorized distributor in USA. We do not get our products from third party suppliers, which eliminates the concern about the originality of the product. Third party suppliers are those middle companies that buy massive amount of helmets from the actual manufacturer and resell the products to stores with their own terms and conditions.
You may have heard about helmets that carry DOT approved stickers in them although they may not meet the DOT standards. Because we do not get our helmets from third party suppliers, when you purchase a motorcycle helmet from HelmetBuzz.com there is no question about whether the helmet is actually approved by DOT or not.
We never resell a returned helmet. Although we are proud to say that we have never had a customer return a helmet for any reason, we need to make it clear to our customers that if we get a returned helmet we do not resell that helmet. No matter what the reason for the return is. Because we directly work with the actual brand, we have the means of returning a helmet back to the manufacturer. Those companies who work with third party suppliers re-sell their returned helmet because of the strict return policy or no return policy of those third party suppliers.
